Jefferson Parish Officially Breaks Ground on New Inline Hockey Rink.  August 3, 2005.  Jefferson Parish officially broke ground for the new inline hockey rink on David Drive.  CCHL players, coaches, and supporters joined Jefferson Parish officials to mark this amazing point in the growth of inline hockey in New Orleans.
