Introduction
Parent’s Introduction to Youth Hockey

A short fold-up brochure with high-level descriptions of the rules, penalties,
equipment, and the roles of parents and coaches. Includes a few ice-hockey rules
that don’t apply to inline, but an excellent overall description for families
new to the game.

The USA Hockey Inline 2005-07 Official Playing Rules

The full inline rulebook, very technical and not for the faint-of-heart. It
includes things like equipment requirements, hand signals, and penalty
descriptions. We include this link as a complete reference for anyone who wants
to learn more about the sport. Please don’t use it to challenge referees with
technical questions during a game.
Girls
More girls are playing with CCHL each year. Although the CCHL does not have a
separate girls’ league, our no-checking rule means our games are suitable for
girls who wish to play.
