This site has two entry packets, one for the AAU Junior Olympic Games and the other for the 2005 Men’s & Women’s USARS USA Championships. Please read carefully and choose the correct packet for your team. If you are looking for the FIRS entry packet, check the USA Roller Sports web site.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I send in registration forms without AAU membership
numbers?
A: Yes, registration forms do not require players' or coaches' AAU
membership numbers.
Q: Do I send the birth certificates with the registration forms?
A: No, do not send birth certificates. Bring the birth certificates to check-in.
Q: Do I send the photos of each athlete with the registration
forms?
A: No, do not send player photos. Bring photos to check-in.
Q: Do I need to have coach photos, too?
A: No, coach photos are not required.
Q: Is the individual coach's entry form the one with the credit
card information?
A: Yes, include credit card information with the coach's entry.
Q: Is the team entry form the same as the roster form?
A: No, the team entry form and the roster form are two separate
forms.
Q: May we fax the forms with credit card payment?
A: Yes, our fax number is 715-231-4004.
Q: We have a 6U team and a Girls team attending the Junior
Olympics. May we pay for the memberships at check-in?
A: Yes, for divisions that do not require a qualifier, your may pay
for players' and coaches' AAU memberships at check-in.
Q: Can we add coaches and athletes to the roster of elite teams
at check-in?
A: Yes, you may add coaches and players to the rosters of elite
teams at check-in.
Note: There is an open roster and no qualifier needed for 6U, 8U Elite, 18U Elite, 20U, and all girls divisions.
